Nail Technology has increased its popularity tenfold in the past few years and it is a career choice for more and more people. But choosing the right training is so important and, let’s be honest can be quite confusing and scary too!

That’s why I make sure that classes are small and the support for you does not stop once you have passed your course. The support for anyone that takes one of our classes continues for as long as you need it, whenever you need it!

All training is undertaken by myself, Karen at the home salon in Silverstone. I have been training students very successfully for the past 20 years and like to think I create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for people to enjoy. Because having one on one attention is so important there is no more than 4 to a class meaning I can give everyone enough attention during the days.

The Beginners course is very intensive and the course days will be spent for the most part on the practical side of nails. The theory study will need to be mostly done at home during the two-week break using the manual provided .Also, during the break between course days 10 sets of nails in total need to be done and pictures sent in for advice and feedback

Course dates are arranged to suit those people wishing to attend and can be held on the weekend if needed

Beginners Course

This intensive course will give you the knowledge needed to perform nail extension services using Defianze gels safely and effectively. Course days are two weeks apart during which time students will be expected to practice and revise as much as possible to reach the standard required. There is a maximum of 4 students per class to ensure the most effective training possible for each student.

Course content will include but not be restricted to Nail structure and Anatomy, Health and Safety, Client Consultation, Nail disorders and Diseases, Contra Indication and actions, Nail preparation, Tip Application, Gel uses and application and-After-care

A written and practical exam will be given on the last day for which you will need to bring a model. Both sections need to be passed in order for the certificate to be awarded. In the event that students do not reach the required level in either the practical or the written exam these may be re-sat not later than one month after the end of the course at no further charge.
