We make it easy for you to know exactly what’s happening with your order.

Email Notifications

Shortly after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e- mail from us. You should also receive an e mail from either Stripe or PayPal, giving details of your payment.

A second e mail will be sent to you when we have despatched your order and if the order is over £99, you will also receive an e mail to confirm delivery has been scheduled.

Your Account

In this section you can view all your orders together with their status.

When you place and pay for an order this will be shown in your Account and will be marked as “Processing”

When an order has been despatched, we will update your order status to “complete”
