RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. Goods are not returnable unless faulty
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge of we will offer a full refund.
The faulty goods MUST be returned to us.
Postage will NOT be refunded on goods that are returned to us and subsequently found not to be faulty. We also reserve the right to charge an additional 10% handling fee to cover card charges in this event
2. Faulty / damaged / missing goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving order. No claim will be entertained outside of this period
3. Cancellations. – We accept cancellations up to the point of dispatch but will deduct 10% from refund amount to cover card charges. Cancellations must be made by e mail and from the same email address that was given on the order
4. Should you wish to return a non faulty product please e mail us. If we decide to accept the return you will be responsible for the return postage costs. The original delivery cost will NOT be refunded. In addition to this 10% of order value will be deducted from refund to cover card charges. Please note that under NO circumstances will we entertain the return of any gel products for hygiene reasons
