TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Orders received before 11am (GMT) will be despatched the same day but we will also attempt to despatch the same day any orders received before 2pm (GMT). Our working days are Monday to Friday ,excluding bank holidays. Please see Delivery Information for more details
  2. UK Orders under £50 are charged at £5.99 delivery, Orders over£50 are FREE delivery
  3. Should you have a very small order then please email or call us to see if we are able to reduce the delivery charge
  4. UK orders up to £99 will be sent by First Class post either by Royal Mail or Collect+. Orders over £99 are always sent by next day courier
  5. Overseas orders (if accepted) are sent by First Class International post or by courier and are charged according to order weight
  6. Full payment must be received before goods are sent
  7. All prices quoted are inclusive apart from delivery where applicable
  8. For orders going outside of the UK you may be required to pay additional taxes according to your countries import / tax laws . You (The customer,) NOT Nails International are responsible for these charges should they be levied
  9. Cleanser and Remover cannot be sent out of the UK because of its content and can only be ordered when the total order value is over £99 as this has to be sent by courier . Orders placed on a Friday containing any liquids will not be dispatched until the following Monday
  10. No Minimum orders
  11. Goods are not returnable unless faulty

In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge or we will offer a full refund. The faulty goods MUST be returned to us .

Postage will NOT be refunded on goods that are returned to us and subsequently found not to be faulty. We also reserve the right to charge an additional 10% handling fee to cover card charges in this event

Faulty / damaged / missing goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving order. No claim will be entertained outside of this period

  1. Cancellations. – We accept cancellations up to the point of dispatch but will deduct 10% from refund amount to cover card charges. Cancellations must be made by e mail and from the same email address that was given on the order

13 Lamp Guarantees- All lamps are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date . Bulbs , both UV and LED are excluded from this . Should your lamp develop a fault during the guarantee period you will be required to return to us ( at your cost ) for inspection . If it is confirmed the lamp is faulty we will either repair or replace at no cost to you . Should we be unable for whatever reason to repair or replace we will refund you via the original payment card at a pro rata basis depending on the age of the lamp ie if the lamp is six months old we will refund 50% of the purchase price. If replacement/repaired lamp is sent then the guarantee remains from the date of original purchase

14 Goods sold are to be used by qualified Nail Technicians only or any qualified staff members (if applicable) and under NO circumstances can be resold

15 By registering on our site you accept that we will sign you up to our newsletter to inform you of items of interest. You will have the option to opt out of this at any time

16 All content of this site is the property of Nails International and no part either written or pictorial can be used or reproduced without our written permission

17 Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the data Protection Act 19988

18 This is a professional only site so please forward your certificate/s at the time of placing first order or before if you wish to have prior approval

19 Should you place an order  containing  gels and you are not a qualified nail technician then we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you minus 10% for card charges which we would have incurred

20.When you place an order on our site we may send you an email asking you to submit a product review. This greatly helps not only us but visitors to our site as well. Only one email will be sent per product
